Confirmation
Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. Your order will be processed immediately after you place your order and thus we cannot cancel, modify or add products. All pre-order sales are final, once you place your order we cannot cancel it.

You can choose pay Cash on delivery or to do online payment using PayPal.
Confirmation
Additional fee for shipping will be added to your order, depending on where you live and what delivery type you choose. The customer takes responsibility and pays for costs associated with the return shipping even if it free delivery and if you give us a wrong address then delivery costs will be charged to your account.
Delivery
Average delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the location.If a stock balance error should arise and we cannot deliver your complete order, we will deliver the products that are in stock and charge your account for the price of the products delivered.
Returns
As a customer at www.twistshakejo.com, After obtaining a product from the delivery person, you have a right of return, but after the driver leaves, you no longer have that right. The right of withdrawal is valid for unbroken packaging.Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and use the return goods notice. Right of withdrawal is not valid for products on sale, Products are to be sent back in their original packaging, as well as their original state and quality.
Claims
If the package is damaged on delivery you shall immediately claim it for damages at your pickup point. If there is something wrong with your product(s) we ask you to reach out to us within 1 day after receiving your order.
When receiving an incomplete order please contact:
